Thank you for visiting our first aid training web site. We have been training first aid for over 15 years, and providing first aid publications to other first aid training providers for about the same amount of time.

First Aid Training At Work

We offer first aid training at our training rooms at Uxbridge, West London. Depending on the risks to your employees you may need a qualified ‘first aider(s)’. This is 4-day (soon to become 3-day) course, which after completion and a satisfactory assessment, permits the holder of the certificate to act as a first aider in the workplace under the H.S.E. (First Aid) regulations 1981. This certificate is valid for three years.

First Aid Training Consultants for London & Home Counties
This is 2-day course, which after completion and a satisfactory assessment, re-qualifies the holder for a further three years to act as a first aider in the workplace under the H.S.E. (First Aid) regulations 1981.
H.S.E. FIRST AID AT WORK - REQUALIFICATION COURSE £95.00
This is a one-day course for employees in a low risk environment where a qualified first aider may not be necessary. This course becomes EMERGENCY FIRST AID AT WORK from October, making it a qualification, and not just attendance.

Manual Handling

Under the Manual Handling Regulations, 1992 each employer has a duty to assess the risks to staff who lift and carry at work. This in a generalised Manual Handling course, which allows delegates can start to understand their legal obligations under the 1992 Regulations, and to understand the importance of correct posture etc when lifting and handling and other work related tasks. Each delegate will have the opportunity to discuss his or her working environment and the best way forward to minimise the risk of injury that can be caused by poor lifting & handling techniques.
